Felt Pen

I've left my work
on thousands of sheets
moistured by my tears
so when the color dries
it covers the pages with
what I assume is written words;

Something about love
Something about lost
Something about lust
Something all of the above

I have to cover it all
with a felt pen

The smell is complementary
to the emotions I inject
rougly adding scars
against the sides of my palms
so when I bring it to text
It'll look like I have something to say;

Something about guns
Something about SJW's
Something about Me and You
Something for the sake of puns

I have to write it down
with a felt pen

The Lack of delicacy
contributes to how incendiary
my words can become
letters drawn out in
reckless abandon
because I dont know what to say;

Something that I've heard
Something you know
Somethinggguy has to go
Say Something with some words

I got to scribble it all
with this felt pen
mark it down
for tomorrow to come
scrape letters
as a testament to my pain
and once the feelings run dry
I've done this all in vain.
